What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees are required when Delivery is requested. Delivery is calculated based on the distance of the event address from our location! Delivery fees include delivery, setup and pickup at the end of your rental period from event address.
What types of events do you cater to? We cater to a wide variety of events including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and any special occasion that could be enhanced with marquee letters.
Why is a delivery window required?
Delivery windows are required in order to provide enough time for our team to arrive at the location and have our letters/numbers set up for your event! Typically, the delivery window is 1 hour – If you event starts at 12pm, we ask for you to input 11am on our reservation form – as this prevents any unforeseen delays when setting up or tearing down!
If you require specific setup and pickup times due to venue restraints, we would love to accommodate. Just notify us when booking, and we’ll do our best to to ensure accurate timing!
